Welcome to the Association of Professional Debt Solution Intermediaries (APDSI). The Association has been created to help intermediaries and brokers offer a range of debt solutions to financially disadvantaged clients, whilst complying with regulations on consumer credit and debt advice.

Debt solutions, including Debt Management Plans (DMPs), Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), Protected Trust Deeds (PTDs) and bankruptcy are all services that intermediaries want to be able to offer to financially challenged clients.

We aim to help you ensure you make compliant referrals and introductions to licensed and competent debt solution providers.

The cost of membership should not be a barrier to joining this important new trade association.
